Exchange & Refund Policy

Please read this policy before placing your order. By paying the booking amount you agree to it.

1. Booking amount (₹49)

• The ₹49 booking amount confirms your order and is adjusted in your total price.
• The booking amount is non-refundable if you cancel the order after it is confirmed, or if you refuse to accept the parcel at delivery.
• If we cancel your order (for example, the product is out of stock or we cannot deliver to your pincode), the booking amount is refunded in full.

2. When a return is accepted

Returns are accepted only if:

• the product arrives damaged, or
• the product is defective (does not work as described), or
• you received the wrong product.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, not liking the design or colour, or if the product does not fit a car model you did not tell us about. Please share your car model at checkout so we can confirm the fit before dispatch.

3. How to request a return

1. Submit a request on our Return Request page (or contact us on WhatsApp +91 88180 77202) within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID. You will get a Return ID (for example RT001).
2. Share clear photos and an unboxing video showing the damage or defect.
3. Our team reviews every request. A return or refund happens only after our team approves it. We usually reply within 2 working days.
4. Once approved, we arrange the return of the product. The product must be unused and returned with its original packaging.

4. Refund amount and timeline

• After we receive the returned product and check it, we refund the amount you paid at delivery, minus the return shipping cost. The ₹49 booking amount is not refunded.
• If you paid the full amount online, we refund the amount paid minus the return shipping cost.
• Where possible we offer a free replacement instead of a refund.
• Refunds are sent to your UPI ID or bank account (for cash payments) or to the original payment method (for online payments) within 5–7 working days after the returned product reaches us.
